Who can rent an apartment?

Anyone aged 18 or over who has the legal right to rent in the UK can apply to rent an apartment at Neptune Wharf.

As part of your application, you'll need to complete affordability and referencing checks. We'll also carry out Right to Rent checks where required by law.

If you don't meet our affordability requirements, you may still be able to rent with an approved guarantor or guarantor company, subject to our referencing criteria.
