What is the reservation fee?

The reservation fee is £300. This secures your chosen apartment and allows us to take it off the market while your application is processed.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, we'll begin the referencing process and prepare your tenancy application.

If your application is successful and your tenancy goes ahead, the £300 reservation fee will be credited towards your rental account.

If your application does not proceed, the reservation fee will be handled in accordance with the terms provided when you reserved your apartment. If you have any questions, our leasing team will be happy to explain how this applies to your reservation.
