What happens on move-in day?

On your move-in day, you'll attend your pre-booked check-in appointment with a member of our on-site team.

During your appointment we'll:

• Complete the final identity checks.
• Check your original passport or other valid photo ID.
• Hand over your keys and access fobs.
• Show you around your apartment and explain how key features and appliances work.
• Explain how to access the resident facilities and services available at Neptune Wharf.
• Answer any questions you have about your new home or the building.

We'll also provide any information you need to help you settle into your new home, including guidance on utilities, amenities and reporting maintenance issues.

If you're running late or can no longer attend your appointment, please let the leasing team know as soon as possible so we can rearrange your check-in.
