What happens during a viewing?

Your viewing is an opportunity to explore Neptune Wharf, see the available apartments and ask any questions you may have before deciding whether to reserve.

During your visit, a member of our leasing team will:

  • Show you the apartment or apartments that best match your requirements.
  • Explain what's included in the rent and the facilities available to residents.
  • Answer any questions about the application process, move-in dates and day-to-day living at Neptune Wharf.

You're welcome to take your time during the viewing and ask about any aspect of the development or your tenancy.
