What documents do I need?

As part of your application, you'll need to provide documents so we can complete your referencing and Right to Rent checks.

Depending on your circumstances, you may be asked to provide:

• Proof of identity
• Proof of your Right to Rent in the UK (where required)
• Proof of income or employment
• Recent bank statements
• Details of your current address or landlord
• Guarantor information, if applicable

The exact documents required will depend on your individual circumstances. Our referencing provider will let you know what information is needed during your application.
