What deposit options are available?

Before you move in, you can choose between two deposit options.

Traditional tenancy deposit

You can pay a refundable tenancy deposit equivalent to five weeks' rent. Your deposit will be protected in accordance with the legal requirements for tenancy deposits.

flatfair No Deposit

Alternatively, you can choose the flatfair No Deposit option. Instead of paying a traditional cash deposit, you'll pay a one-off, non-refundable fee to flatfair, allowing you to move in without tying up the cost of a five-week deposit.
