What are my responsibilities as a resident?

As a resident, you're responsible for looking after your apartment, treating your neighbours with consideration and complying with the terms of your tenancy agreement.

This includes keeping your apartment clean and well ventilated, reporting repairs promptly, taking reasonable care of the fixtures and fittings, and allowing access when repairs, safety inspections or essential maintenance need to be carried out.

Please also use the building and communal facilities responsibly, avoid causing nuisance or anti-social behaviour, and ensure that your guests respect the building and its residents.
