How long is a reservation held?

Your reservation is held while your application and referencing are being completed.

In most cases, you can reserve an apartment up to one month before your planned move-in date, provided your application progresses successfully and your referencing is approved.

To help avoid delays, we recommend completing your referencing promptly and responding quickly if any additional information is requested.
