How is my deposit returned?

After you have moved out, we will inspect your apartment and review the condition of the property.

If there are no issues requiring deductions, your deposit will be returned through the relevant deposit protection process.

If we propose any deductions, we will provide details of the reason and the amount proposed. If you disagree with a proposed deduction, you can raise this with us and, if necessary, the matter can be referred to the deposit protection scheme's dispute resolution process.
