How is anti-social behaviour handled?

We want Neptune Wharf to be a safe, welcoming and enjoyable place for everyone to live. If we receive reports of anti-social behaviour, we'll investigate the matter fairly and speak to those involved.

Where appropriate, we'll normally begin by issuing a warning and working with residents to resolve the issue. Most problems can be addressed quickly through communication and cooperation.

If the behaviour continues or is particularly serious, we may take further action in accordance with the tenancy agreement. This could include formal warnings or other action where necessary.
