How does referencing work?

Once you've reserved an apartment, you'll be asked to complete our referencing process before your tenancy can be approved.

Our independent referencing provider will carry out a number of checks, which may include confirming your identity, affordability, employment, previous address history and Right to Rent, where required by law.

If additional information is needed, the referencing provider will contact you directly. Responding promptly can help avoid delays to your application.

We'll let you know as soon as your referencing has been completed and confirm the next steps towards signing your tenancy agreement and arranging your move-in.
