How do I prepare for move-in?

Before your move-in day, there are a few simple steps to complete so everything is ready for your arrival.

You'll need to:

• Sign your tenancy agreement.
• Complete the required pre-move-in payments.
• Agree your move-in date and book a check-in appointment with our leasing team.
• Bring your original passport or other valid photo ID to your check-in appointment so we can complete the final identity checks before handing over your keys.

We'll provide everything you need before your move-in appointment, including details of where to go when you arrive and what to expect on the day.
