How do I pay my rent?

Your monthly rent is due in advance on the 1st of each month and is paid by standing order.

We'll provide the bank details and payment reference you need before your tenancy begins so you can set up the standing order from your bank account.

You're welcome to pay your rent early or make payments several months in advance if you wish. This is entirely your choice – we don't require residents to pay rent in advance beyond the amount due on the 1st of each month.
