How do I access the building?

Neptune Wharf uses a secure electronic access system to help keep the building safe for residents.

When you move in, you'll receive an access fob that allows you to enter:

• Your residential block.
• The main lobby in Cadiz House.
• Your allocated cycle and refuse stores.
• Resident amenity spaces during their opening hours.

If you're expecting visitors, they can contact you using the intercom at the building entrance. You'll be able to speak to them and unlock the entrance remotely from your apartment.

If you lose your access fob, please let the resident team know immediately so we can deactivate it for security reasons. Replacement fobs are available for a charge of £20.
