How do I access building facilities?

Access to Neptune Wharf resident facilities is controlled through your access fob.

Your fob allows you to access the facilities available to residents during their opening hours.

Please keep your access fob secure and do not lend it to other people or allow unknown visitors to access secure resident areas.

If your fob is lost, damaged or not working, please report this to the on-site team as soon as possible.
