How are repair appointments arranged?

When you report a maintenance issue, we'll ask whether you are happy for our team or contractors to access your apartment if required.

If you provide permission for access, we'll arrange for the repair to be attended and will always escort any third-party contractors while they are in your apartment.

If we need to arrange a specific appointment time with you, a member of the team will contact you to agree a suitable time.
