Can I transfer to another apartment?

If you would like to move to a different apartment at Neptune Wharf, please contact the leasing team to discuss your requirements.

Apartment transfers are possible, subject to availability and approval.

If a suitable apartment is available and you wish to proceed, you will need to:

  • Surrender your existing apartment.
  • Complete a new application for the new apartment.
  • Complete any required tenancy checks and documentation.
