Can I reserve before the apartment is ready?

Yes. You can reserve an apartment before it's ready to move into, provided it's available to reserve.

In most cases, apartments can be reserved up to one month before your planned move-in date. Once you've reserved your apartment, we'll begin the referencing process and prepare everything for your tenancy to start.

Your reservation will be held while your application and referencing are completed. Our leasing team will keep you updated throughout the process and confirm your move-in date once everything is ready.
