Can I leave my tenancy early?

If you wish to leave your tenancy before the end of your agreed tenancy period, please contact the Neptune Wharf team.

We require a minimum of 2 months' notice to end your tenancy. You are welcome to provide more notice if required, but we cannot accept a shorter notice period.
