Can I keep a pet?

Yes. Neptune Wharf is a pet-friendly community and you're welcome to keep a pet in your apartment, subject to our Pet Policy.

We ask all pet owners to ensure their pets are well behaved, do not cause a nuisance to other residents, and are kept under control in communal areas.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately and for any damage caused to the apartment or communal areas. Pets must not be allowed to foul in communal spaces or on balconies.
