Can I host parties?

Neptune Wharf is a community where everyone should be able to enjoy their home peacefully. You're welcome to invite friends and family to visit, but parties and gatherings that cause excessive noise, disruption or nuisance to other residents are not permitted.

Please be considerate of your neighbours, particularly during the evening and at night. Music and conversations should be kept at a reasonable volume, and guests should respect the building and communal areas when arriving and leaving.

If we receive complaints about noise or anti-social behaviour, we'll investigate the matter. Repeated or serious breaches of your tenancy agreement may result in formal action being taken.

If you're planning to have a larger gathering and you're unsure whether it may affect your neighbours, please speak to the on-site team beforehand.
