Can I decorate or make changes to my apartment?

You should not make permanent changes or alterations to your apartment without first getting approval from the Neptune Wharf team.

This includes decorating or making changes that could affect the condition of the apartment, fixtures, fittings or finishes.

We expect your apartment to be returned in the same condition as it was provided to you at the start of your tenancy, allowing for fair wear and tear.
