Are there any additional costs?

We don't charge any hidden fees. Your monthly rent includes your apartment, 1Gb broadband, access to resident amenities, use of the resident app and support from our on-site management and maintenance teams.

In addition to your rent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Council Tax
  • Electricity
  • Water charges
  • Heating and hot water charges
  • TV Licence (if required)
  • Contents insurance (recommended)

Heating and hot water are supplied through the building's communal energy system and are billed separately based on your usage.
