What payments are due before move-in?

Before you move into your apartment, you'll need to complete the required payments so your tenancy can begin.

These will include:

• Your first month's rent.
• Either your five-week tenancy deposit or your chosen no-deposit option.

Our leasing team will confirm the amount due, when payment is required and how to make your payment before your move-in date.

Once your payments have been received and all tenancy documents have been completed, we'll confirm your move-in arrangements.
