Your monthly rent covers more than just your apartment. At Neptune Wharf, several services are included to make moving in and day-to-day living as straightforward as possible.

Your rent includes:

• Your apartment
• Superfast 1Gb broadband
• Access to resident amenities, including The Club
• Use of the resident app
• On-site management and maintenance teams

The following costs are not included in your rent:

• Council Tax
• Electricity
• Water charges
• Heating and hot water charges
• TV Licence (if required)
• Contents insurance (recommended)

Utility charges are billed separately based on your usage. If you have any questions about what's included or would like an estimate of the charges you'll be responsible for, our leasing team will be happy to help before you reserve your apartment.
