What inspections take place?

From time to time, we may need to access your apartment to carry out inspections or essential building checks.

We may carry out mid-term inspections to assess the condition of the apartment and inventory.

We may also need access to your apartment for essential safety checks, including testing fire doors and sprinkler equipment.

Where access is required, we will provide information in advance and arrange access with you where appropriate.
