What happens if maintenance needs access to my apartment?

From time to time, access to your apartment may be required for maintenance, inspections or essential works.

Where access is required, we will:

• Explain why access is needed.
• Ask for your permission to access your apartment where appropriate.
• Arrange a suitable time if an appointment is required.
• Ensure any third-party contractors are escorted while inside your apartment.
