What happens after my application is approved?

Once your application has been approved, a member of our leasing team will contact you to arrange the final steps before you move in.

We'll work with you to:

• Agree your move-in date.
• Arrange for your tenancy agreement to be signed digitally.
• Explain the deposit options available and help you choose the one that's right for you.

We'll also let you know what payments are due before your tenancy starts and guide you through the remaining steps to prepare for your move-in.
