What are the pet rules?

Neptune Wharf is a pet-friendly building, and we welcome responsible pet ownership.

If you are applying to live at Neptune Wharf with a pet, please let us know during the application process. If you decide to get a pet during your tenancy, please contact the Neptune Wharf team before bringing the pet into the building.

Pet approval is subject to certain requirements, including considerations around the number, size and type of pet.

To help ensure all residents can enjoy the building:

• Pets must be kept under control at all times.
• Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Pets are not permitted in certain communal resident areas, including shared lounges and amenity spaces.
• Pets must not cause a nuisance or disturbance to other residents.
