I've lost my key or fob
If you lose your apartment key or access fob, please let the Neptune Wharf team know as soon as possible.
Lost access fobs should be reported promptly so we can deactivate them for security reasons.
Replacement fobs
Replacement access fobs are available from the Neptune Wharf team during office hours and are charged at £20.
Replacement keys
If you need a replacement apartment key, you can order a new key directly from Ultion Locks.

If you are locked out outside of office hours, the team will not be available to provide access and you will need to make your own arrangements until assistance is available.
