How quickly can I move in?

How quickly you can move in depends on how soon your application, referencing and tenancy paperwork can be completed, and when your chosen apartment is ready.

In some cases, it's possible to move in within 48 hours. However, we generally recommend allowing around one week from reserving your apartment to moving in.

The biggest factor affecting timescales is usually referencing. You can help avoid delays by completing your referencing promptly and responding quickly if any additional information is requested.

If you need to move by a specific date, please let our leasing team know as early as possible. We'll do everything we can to help meet your preferred move-in date.
