How does Right to Rent work?

Before your tenancy can begin, we'll need to confirm that everyone named on the tenancy has the legal Right to Rent in the UK.

Right to Rent checks are a legal requirement and are usually completed by our independent referencing provider as part of your application.

Depending on your circumstances, you may be asked to provide documents such as a passport, visa or share code.
