How do visitors access the building?

Visitors can access Neptune Wharf by using the intercom system at the building entrance.

When your visitor arrives:

• They should select your apartment using the intercom.
• You can speak to them through your apartment handset.
• If you know the visitor and are happy for them to enter, you can release the entrance door remotely.

Please only allow access to people you know and trust. Do not allow unknown visitors to enter the building behind you, as this helps keep Neptune Wharf secure for all residents.
