How do I use the heating system?

Your apartment is connected to Neptune Wharf's communal heating system, with heating controlled by the thermostat in your living room.

The thermostat allows you to:

• Adjust your preferred temperature.
• Select different comfort modes, including Home, Sleep, Away and Standby.
• Choose between manual operation or a scheduled heating programme.
• Set heating schedules to suit your daily routine.

Your bedroom radiators can also be adjusted individually using the valve fitted to each radiator, while the living room radiators are controlled directly by the thermostat.

For the best balance of comfort and energy efficiency, we recommend setting your daytime temperature to between 18°C and 20°C.
