How do guarantors work?

If you don't meet our affordability requirements, you may be able to rent with a guarantor.

We accept either one UK-based guarantor who meets our affordability and referencing requirements or an approved professional guarantor company.

If a guarantor is required, our leasing team will explain the process and let you know what information needs to be provided.
