Can I choose a particular apartment?

Yes. You're free to choose any apartment that is currently available.

Every apartment at Neptune Wharf is unique, with differences in size, layout, floor level, aspect and outlook. During your viewing, our leasing team can help you compare the available options and explain the differences between them, so you can choose the apartment that best suits your needs and budget.

Once you've found the right apartment, you'll need to complete a reservation to secure it. As availability changes regularly, apartments are offered on a first come, first served basis and cannot be held without a reservation.

If you have a particular requirement, such as a duplex apartment, a higher floor or a specific aspect, let our leasing team know and we'll do our best to find a suitable home, subject to availability.
